  The WORST. The first couple of months were fine, the office's exam rooms are very cluttered, but after that no one is ever in office when you call, even during the week. Phone messages are never returned, if they are, it's a week or more later. Dr. Huggins will not call in refills on my medication even though I was told he would, I've been admitted to a psych ward once, and a month off of my medication because he simply will not call them in. I first came to Dr. Huggins on a combination that was working well for me and he completely changed everything and it has done nothing but slowly cause me to become more and more aggravated, bipolar, and manic. If you want a psychiatrist you can rely on and that will be in office and actually answer the phone or call you back do NOT go here. Due to the neglect from Dr. Huggins and his staff in refilling my medication I am now having to wait even longer and establish myself as a patient with another provider. Will not ever be returning to him or his clinic. There is no excuse for the neglect I'm receiving from them. If I could give this no stars I would. STAY AWAY.

  Dr. Huggins is one of the better psychiatrists I have found in the Anniston metropolitan area. He listens to his patients’ problems and issues allowing him the time to diagnose their needs properly. I would recommend Dr. Huggins to anyone and especially to my friends and family. I would like to find a photo of Dr. Huggins for my contact list, and possibly, to see some photos posted to his google+ page. I believe it to be therapeutic to establish photos with doctor patient relationships; it creates a more personalized treatment with the patient and the physician regardless, of the specialty of the doctor.
