- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Awful front office. They did not bill my insurance company and their billing department is unresponsive...I received a bill one year later for services they wrote off. Waiting for 3 hours is not uncommon in this office and he is quick to pull out a medication he wants you to 'try'. There are many such medication salespeople posing as doctors these days and Dr Cook is one of them. I would never return to this man.January 26, 2017by Mike Nichols
